The Nurturing Future Leadership Program (NFLP), part of the Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MMTTP), launched its 4th Cohort with 27 faculty members from across India. This five-day residential program focuses on holistic development, innovation, and institutional autonomy, aligning with the National Education Policy 2020.

The inauguration included a welcome address by Prof. Manindra Agrawal, followed by speeches from Dr. Ram Sewak Sharma, Prof. Sowmyanarayanan Sadagopan, and Prof. Agrawal. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof. Siddhartha Panda and networking over High Tea. The program empowered participants with valuable insights into academic leadership, preparing them to drive positive change in academic institutions.
