Team Techkriti IIT Kanpur conducted a large-scale Cleanliness Drive at Ganga Barrage, reinforcing IIT Kanpur’s commitment to social responsibility and environmental sustainability.

Volunteers removed POP statues, plastic waste, and other non-biodegradable materials to help restore the ecological integrity of the riverbank.

The team also interacted with residents to spread awareness on responsible waste management and the urgent need to protect the Ganga.

This initiative reflects IIT Kanpur's ongoing mission toward sustainability, civic responsibility, and community-driven environmental action.
