The IIT Kanpur Aquatics Team delivered an outstanding performance at the 39th Inter IIT Aquatics Meet 2025, hosted by IIT Madras from September 30 to October 5, 2025.

💧 Water Polo Team – Second Runners-Up
The team secured the Second Runners-Up position after defeating IIT Kharagpur in a thrilling podium-deciding match with a close score of 10–9.
Earlier in the tournament, IIT Kanpur defeated IIT (ISM) Dhanbad in the league stage, faced a narrow loss to IIT Kharagpur, and went on to beat IIT Bombay in the quarterfinals before bowing out to IIT Madras in the semifinals.

4×50 m Freestyle Relay – Bronze Medal: Anantika Prasad, Shachhi Shrivastav, Manvi Bengani, and Kanak Potdar.
4×50 m Medley Relay – 4th Place: Manvi Bengani, Sneha Jain, Shachhi Shrivastav, and Kanak Potdar.

🏊‍♂️ Men’s Swimming Events
50 m Breaststroke – Bronze Medal: Pratham Shah.
4th Place Finishes: Ashwin Chaubey (50 m Breaststroke) and R. Charan (50 m Butterfly).
