IIT Kanpur registered an inspiring performance at the 58th Inter IIT Students’ Sports Meet 2025, jointly hosted by IIT Hyderabad, IIT Madras, and IIT Tirupati. A strong contingent of 185 student athletes represented the Institute across multiple sporting disciplines, demonstrating exceptional commitment, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the meet.

IIT Kanpur secured the Overall 5th Position at the meet, while the Men’s Contingent achieved an Overall 3rd Position, reflecting the depth of talent and collective effort of our teams. The contingent also delivered several podium finishes, including gold, silver, and bronze medals, along with a New Inter-IIT Record in Women’s Long Jump.
