We are delighted to share that Ms. Deepika Behmani, Ph.D. scholar from the Department of Physics, has been awarded the AAPPS-DPP Poster Prize 2025 at the 9th Asia Pacific Conference in Plasma Physics (AAPPS-DPP 2025), held in Fukuoka, Japan.

Her poster, titled “Flow Field Dynamics in an Atmospheric Pressure Plasma Jet: A Tale of Turbulence and Transition,” co-authored with Pawan K. Karn, Prof. Debopam Das, and her thesis supervisor Prof. Sudeep Bhattacharjee, was recognised for its excellence and contribution to plasma physics research.
