Well done to Mr. Vineet Arora!

Mr. Arora has received the Best Research Paper Award at the India Management Research Conference (IMRC) 2024, held at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. The title of his paper was "Toward the Measurement of Remote Psychological Capital: Scale Development and Validation".
