We are delighted to share that Mr. Vineet Arora, PhD scholar from the Department of Management Sciences, IIT Kanpur, has been awarded the Best Paper Award at the Academy of Management (AoM) Conference 2025, held during 25–29 July in Copenhagen, Denmark.

His paper, “The Role of Spirituality in Remote Workers' Well-being and Quiet Quitting Behaviors”, supervised by Prof. Amit Shukla, was recognised for its impactful contribution to the field of organizational behavior and workplace well-being.
