Feeling ecstatic, Ananya Gupta, winner of the prestigious Director Gold Medal (4-year UG program) and the Dr. Rukmini Saraswat Gold Medal, shares her successful four year IIT Kanpur journey full of joy, hard work and dedication.

Q. How was your IIT Kanpur journey?

A. For me, it's been great four years. In these four years, two years were in the pandemic. But I learned a lot and IIT Kanpur gave me a lot of opportunities in terms of sports, culture and everything else. And I'm grateful to IITK for that.

Q. What does this medal mean to you?

A. This medal means a lot as it is the culmination of the four years of my experience at IITK. And whatever that I got to achieve with everyone's support, I think this medal represents that.

Q. What are your future goals?

A.  My future plans are I'll be joining as a Business Analyst soon and I'll probably be pursuing an MBA post that.

Q. What are your ultimate future aspirations?

A. In the future, I hope to establish my own venture.
