IIT Kanpur to host 5ᵗʰ National Students' Research Convention on the theme MedTech and Healthcare: The Welfare of Humanity. A flagship event of the Academics and Career Council, IIT Kanpur, NSRC serves as a platform for the brightest minds in academia and industry to showcase their cutting-edge research and innovation ideas. 

This year, the program invites Dr. D. Nageshwara Reddy and Prof. K. Vijay Raghavan as its keynote speakers, along with many other field experts, and is organizing a design thinking workshop for medical device prototyping. 

It also invites students to participate in various competitions related to Biomaterial, Biomechanocs, Drug Delivery, Immuno Engineering, Medical Imaging and Medical Devices etc.
