The Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) hosted Abhivyakti'24, an annual event focused on sustainable innovation and entrepreneurship. Scheduled from March 15th and 16th, 2024, this flagship event aimed to unite diverse stakeholders, including students, professionals, and investors, to explore the crucial intersection of technology, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.

Organised by the Startup Incubation and Innovation Centre (SIIC) at IIT Kanpur, Abhivyakti'24 with the theme “Innovating a sustainable future” promised to be a vibrant platform for visionaries and change-makers to converge, collaborate, and generate novel ideas for a more sustainable future. The event recognized the pivotal role of innovation in addressing current environmental challenges and seeks to spark the development of solutions that can positively impact our planet and society.

A key element of the event was the highly anticipated Pitch Battle, where aspiring entrepreneurs had the opportunity to present their innovative and sustainable solutions to a distinguished panel of judges and potential investors. This platform provided valuable feedback and potential funding opportunities, nurturing the growth of groundbreaking ideas.

Attendees also had the chance to connect with like-minded individuals, build valuable networks, and gain guidance from experienced mentors in their respective fields. A dedicated exhibition area showcased over 150 cutting-edge technologies, innovative products, and sustainable solutions from various organizations and startups.
