IIT Kanpur proudly celebrated the 1st Anniversary of the Staff Training Unit (STU) with an enriching in-house workshop on "English Skills (Advanced)" for staff members. 

The event was graced by our esteemed Director, Prof. Manindra Agarwal, Deputy Director, Dr. Braj Bhushan, and Registrar, Mr. Vishwa Ranjan, whose encouraging words inspired all attendees.  Prof. Agarwal emphasised the importance of continuous learning and the role of AI & automation in administrative excellence, while Dr. Bhushan reflected on the 13 impactful workshops conducted over the year. Mr. Ranjan lauded the STU’s remarkable progress and dedication to enhancing staff potential.  

A special moment was shared with Prof. Sudharshana N. P., who led the inaugural workshop in 2024 and returned to guide the anniversary session, strengthening the Unit’s academic foundation.  

Participants left motivated and appreciative, reaffirming their commitment to professional growth. Here’s to many more milestones with the Staff Training Unit!
