Vijnana Bharati, C3i Hub IIT Kanpur in association with the Ministry of Culture organized an event on the 135th Birth Anniversary of famous mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan, from February 27 to March 1, 2023. 

Over 200 students from more than 20 schools and colleges in Kanpur and nearby districts from class 11th to B.Sc., participated in the program. 

The students learned about the life of Ramanujan and the benefits of Vedic Mathematics, along with sessions on coding, AI, new technology, the relationship between numbers and health, and the science behind yoga. Furthermore, on February 28 and March 1, researchers and experts from around the world researching Number Theory gathered at IIT Kanpur for various sessions in International Meet on Number Theory. 

The event aimed to showcase Ramanujan's extraordinary legacy and explore the fascinating world of mathematics and its applications.
