At the close of the 8th day (8 December 2023) during the ongoing placement season, 891 full-time offers including pre-placement offers (PPOs) were extended to 818 students at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.

21 students from the institute have been offered attractive international job offers from various companies. Renowned industry giants such as Microsoft, Fujitsu, Samsung, Reliance, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Deutsche Bank, Tata Projects, Navi, Uniorbit, ICICI Bank, EXL, NPCL, Intel, TSMC, and others have emerged as top recruiters, underscoring the exceptional talent pool at IIT Kanpur.
