Organised by Prof. Subramaniam Ganesh (Department of Biological Sciences & Bioengineering), this flagship event was inaugurated by Prof. Manindra Agrawal, Director of IIT Kanpur, in the presence of Prof. B.K. Thelma, President of the Society, and Prof. Tarun Gupta, Dean of R&D.

With 400+ participants, the conference featured 35 invited talks, including the presidential address by Prof. Thelma, the Prof. J. Das Memorial Lecture by Prof. Sandhya Viswesvariah, and a plenary lecture by Prof. Rajiva Raman. The Society also launched a Cell Biology Laboratory Manual for universities and colleges to support laboratory experiments.

Nearly 300 posters were presented by students competing for awards, making this gathering a hub of high-quality scientific discussions and deliberations.
