Last few days left! IIT Kanpur is closing admissions soon for its online M.Tech, M.Sc., and PG Diploma programs, designed to bring IIT-standard learning to professionals across India and abroad.

Built on six decades of academic excellence, these programs maintain the same content, structure, and evaluation as on-campus courses, governed by IIT Kanpur’s Senate. At least 85% of the coursework is developed and delivered by IIT Kanpur faculty and long-term visiting faculty, with selective industry inputs for practical relevance.

To uphold academic integrity, a minimum of 50% of the total grade comes from in-person, proctored exams conducted at authorized centres across major Indian cities. International learners can opt for transparent online proctoring.

Hands-on learning is enabled through virtual labs, simulations, and project-based coursework. For programs requiring physical lab work, hybrid models such as short campus residencies are being explored.

These online programs are self-sustaining, ensuring long-term quality through advanced digital infrastructure and secure evaluations.
