It is a moment of great pride for us as our esteemed alumnus, Mr. K. Ramakrishna Rao (BT/CHE/1987) (1991 batch IAS), takes charge as the Chief Secretary of Telangana.

Having served as Special Chief Secretary of Finance - where he skilfully prepared 14 state budgets, including two vote-on-account budgets - Mr. Rao brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to his new role. He will also continue to hold full additional charge as Special Chief Secretary of Finance, ensuring continuity in fiscal leadership.
