Mr. Vineet Joshi, an IAS officer from the 1992 batch, has been elevated from his position as the Chief Secretary of Manipur to head the crucial Higher Education Department. His appointment marks the culmination of years of dedicated service in various administrative capacities. Prior to his role as Chief Secretary, he served as Additional Secretary in the Department of Higher Education, where he gained valuable experience and insight into the intricacies of India's education policies.
