Golden Jubilee, Golden Hearts!

The Class of 1976 marked their Golden Jubilee Reunion with a pledge of of Rs. 13.40 Cr., aimed at supporting key initiatives at IIT Kanpur. The collective contribution reflects the batch’s deep sense of gratitude towards the institute and its commitment to contributing meaningfully to IIT Kanpur’s continued growth and excellence.

Returning to campus 50 years after they began their journeys, alumni from across India and abroad came together to reconnect, relive cherished memories, and celebrate the values that shaped them.

From engaging with faculty and students to witnessing the institute’s academic, research, and infrastructure advancements over five decades, the reunion was both nostalgic and forward-looking.
